Bespoke orders take 8 to 10 weeks for production, and an additional 2 to 5 days for delivery through DHL.
No refunds or exchanges are available for any pieces created through our Bespoke Service, so ensure you've got the right size before placing the order.
The final product may have slight variations from the simulated product image.
Kindly note the exceptions below to the delivery dates:
- Special orders placed during the month of August will be shipped in November due to summer factory closure.
- Special orders placed from 23 December until 6 January will be shipped in March due to Christmas factory closure.
- Pre-Christmas delivery ends on 28 October. Styles ordered after that date will be delivered after Christmas.
