Duties & Taxes

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless stated otherwise. This means that duties, taxes, and import fees may be applied upon delivery, depending on your shipping destination. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer. Easy Returns

We hope you love your Andrea Wazen purchase. If your order is not suitable, eligible purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For eligible full-price purchases, approved returns may be refunded either to the original payment method or issued as store credit to your Andrea Wazen account, according to your preference. Andrea Wazen will cover the cost of either the first return or the first size exchange for each eligible order. Our Customer Care team will provide the approved prepaid return label and any required carrier documentation.To request a return or exchange, please contact customercare@andreawazen.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition.
  • The original shoe box, dust bag and all original packaging must be included.
  • Any tags, accessories and protective materials supplied with the product must also be returned.
  • The Andrea Wazen shoe box is considered part of the product and must not be used as the external shipping carton.
  • The shoe box must be placed inside suitable protective outer packaging for return shipment.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer rights.


Refunds

Eligible full-price purchases returned within the 14 days return period will be refunded to the original payment method used when placing the order. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of its status. Approved refunds will then be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges and/or customs & duties fees, where applicable, are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the return relates to a defective or incorrect item.


Size Exchanges

The first size exchange is complimentary, subject to stock availability. 

Where possible, size exchanges should be for the same style and color in a different size. Our Customer Care Team will provide the necessary prepaid carrier documentation for an eligible first size exchange. If you would like to change to a different style or colour, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.


Sale Items

Sale purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange only.

Sale items are non-refundable. The first eligible exchange is complimentary and will not incur an additional return or exchange shipping charge. All returned sale items must meet the same return conditions outlined above, including being unworn and returned with the original shoe box, dust bag and all original packaging.


Bespoke & personalized items

Bespoke, made-to-order, pre-order, customized or personalized products are created specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your rights in relation to an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect.


Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact customercare@andreawazen.com with your order number and photographs of the item. These cases are handled separately from standard returns. Where a return, repair or replacement is approved due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item, Andrea Wazen will cover the associated approved return and replacement costs. Your applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.


Return Shipping

Before any return or exchange is approved, customers must provide clear images of the item received, including the shoes, soles, original shoe box, dust bag and packaging where applicable. The return or exchange request must be reviewed and approved by our Customer Care team before the item is shipped back. Once approved, for an eligible complimentary return or size exchange, our Customer Care team will provide the approved prepaid return label and/or any required carrier documentation. Please do not arrange an independent return shipment unless instructed to do so by our team, as we may not be able to reimburse independently arranged shipping costs or accept unauthorized returns. Returns should be shipped from the same country to which the original order was delivered, unless otherwise agreed with our Customer Care team. This helps avoid additional customs charges and delays.


Purchases Made Through Retail Partners

Items purchased from an Andrea Wazen stockist, department store or other retail partner must be returned directly to the original retailer. These purchases are subject to the retailer’s own returns and exchange policy and cannot be returned through andreawazen.com
