All orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express from our Dubai warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from when the order is placed, and may vary slightly during holidays or peak periods.

Bespoke & Pre-Orders
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces require approximately 8 to 10 weeks for production, followed by 2 to 5 business days for delivery. A 30% customization fee applies to all bespoke orders. Due to their made-to-order nature, bespoke pieces are final sale. Orders placed during August or late December holiday periods may experience extended timelines due to factory closures.
Customs & Duties
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless stated otherwise. This means that duties, taxes, and import fees may be applied upon delivery, depending on your shipping destination.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer. As regulations vary by region, we recommend reviewing the applicable terms for your delivery country on our Delivery page, or contacting your local customs office for further information.
Returns & Exchanges
If your order is not suitable, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item by contacting us at info@andreawaz.com with your order number. Our team will assist you with the next steps within 24 hours.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit or a coupon code valid for up to two years. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. Sale items and bespoke orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges. Return shipping costs are deducted and may vary depending on the destination.
Items purchased through our partner stockists must be handled directly with the original retailer, in accordance with their own policies.
