Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmtion e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via EXPRESS under D.A.P SERVICES. all our products ship from Andrea Wazen Warehouse to the destination of your choice around the globe.

The time frame for delivery is calculated from the time your order is dispatched, not from the time your order was placed. Deliveries may be subject to delays due to holidays and festivites.

The delivery of the in stock items ordered on ANDREA WAZEN takes place within 2-10 business days from the shipment of the order. In detail:

2-5 Business days to Europe, Middle East * , USA, Canada and Africa

5-7 Business days to Oceania

7-10 Business days to KSA and Western Asia

(*) Middle East with exception to KSA


All item on Backorder and special orders take 4 to 5 weeks for production, and an additional 2 to 3 days for delivery through DHL. Kindly contact to place a special order.
