Shipping & Returns


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via DHL. All our products ship from Andrea Wazen Warehouse to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days depending on your location. Deliveries may be subject to delays due to holidays and festivities.


Special orders & Backordered items take 4 to 5 weeks for production, and an additional 2 to 3 days for delivery through DHL. If a customer wishes to customize their pair, a 30% extra fee will be charged on the order. Kindly contact to place a special order.


Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. ANDREA WAZEN is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Simply send us an email to with your request and order number, we will get back to you In the next 24 hours to begin the return process.

Items on sale cannot be exchanged.

In case of return, please note that the store does not accept any refund. However, we do provide store credits and coupons.
