Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via EXPRESS under D.A.P SERVICES. All our products ship from Andrea Wazen Warehouse in Dubai to the destination of your choice around the globe. The time frame for delivery is calculated from the time your order is dispatched, not from the time your order was placed. Deliveries may be subject to delays due to holidays and festivities.

The delivery of the in stock items ordered on ANDREA WAZEN takes place within 2-5 business days from the shipment of the order. In detail:

BESPOKE AND PRE-ORDERS

Special orders done through our bespoke service take 8 to 10 weeks* for production, and an additional 2 to 5 days for delivery through DHL. If a customer wishes to customize their pair, a 30% extra fee will be charged on the order. Kindly contact info@andreawazen.com to place a special order.

No refunds or exchanges are available for any pieces created through our Bespoke Service, so ensure you've got the right size before placing the order.

Kindly note the exceptions below to the delivery dates:

- Special orders placed during the month of August will be shipped in November due to summer factory closure.

- Special orders placed from 23 December until 6 January will be shipped in March due to Christmas factory closure.

- Pre-Christmas delivery ends on 28 October. Styles ordered after that date will be delivered after Christmas.

CUSTOMS

Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location.
ANDREA WAZEN is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur.
We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Simply send us an email to info@andreawazen.com with your request and order number, we will get back to you In the next 24 hours to begin the return process.

Items on sale, or purchased through our Bespoke service cannot be exchanged.

In case of return, please note that the store does not accept any refund. However, we do provide store credits and coupons.

Some countries may be liable to taxes and customs.

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, shipping for returns will be charged – Please note that the shipping fees may vary depending on the shipping country.

All purchases made through our partner stockists must be managed directly with them. Andrea Wazen is not responsible for handling or processing returns, exchanges, or any other stock-related matters for items purchased from our partner stockists.
